Welcome to our Winter Newsletter
With winter setting in and the log fires burning, we thought it a good time to let you know what's happening down at The Quarters...

Winter Holidays
After a very busy May, bookings over the next few months are relatively light. If you get in quickly, this coming weekend (Queen's Birthday) is still available with guests only arriving on Monday. There can't be anywhere more relaxing than a week at The Quarters. Just light the fire, watch the view, read a couple of books, eat well, go for the odd walk up the coast or maybe soak in the Hot Pools one afternoon. It's got to be better for you than a weeks skiing or going to Fiji...
Just click here to book!
Spring and Summer
Boxing Day until 21 January 2005 is booked but there is still plenty of availability before and after these dates. Last year February and March were already booked by mid year so don't delay if you are thinking of heading here.
Real Estate
Mahia/Mahanga has really gone berserk! A double section at Mahanga sold for NZ$650,000 early this month!! Lots of houses have sold in excess of NZ$500,000! Why not come over and see for yourself...
To those who know us - we are well. Always seem to be on the road to Napier or Havelock North for sport! The autumn has been mild so the farm has plenty of grass. It would be good if the New Zealand Dollar would keep down instead of teasing us!
Well, we hope you will drop us a line - we enjoy hearing from you all and would love to see you at The Quarters too.

Kind regards
June and Malcolm Rough |
